Life Claim represented a doctor in Florida whose son died from cancer in October 2024. She filed a claim for death benefits, but Gerber Life continually delayed payment. They repeatedly told her they were investigating something, but would not provide her with any details. This went on for five months.
Fed up with the lack of communication, she hired us on April 1, 2025. After threatening Gerber with legal action, we promptly recovered the full death benefit, and over $19,000 in additional interest, in our first week on the case.
